Retreat Centre Description
Lee Abbey Devon is a retreat and holiday centre where guests come to intentionally encounter the presence of Jesus Christ. It is hosted by an international Christian Community for whom it is home. Situated on a 288 acre estate within the stunningly beautiful Exmoor National Park in North Devon, it has its own beach and tea cottage (open May – Oct). We run a varied programme of week-long and weekend Christian retreats on themes such as prayer, discipleship, the environment, science, creativity, walking and well being. Guests are most welcome to come as individuals, couples, families, small groups and church groups to be renewed, refreshed and resourced. Come and join in with the programme at Lee Abbey Devon or, if you prefer, simply come and find your own rhythm and space in this ‘thin’ place.

In addition, there is the Octagonal Meeting Room, Library, art room, Chapel, Preston Suite (4 separate rooms used for youth, art, creche etc), Dining Room and Orangery, and two small meeting rooms for 3-4 people.
