Retreat Centre Description
2 single bedrooms. Upstairs bathroom. 2 meeting rooms each for individuals and groups of up to 15 people, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. Self-catering kitchen. The house is a medieval, listed building which we apologise is not accessible to people who cannot manage stairs and steps. Beautiful cottage garden.

The Well is a place of Ecumenical, Christian, Contemplative Spirituality and Prayer. A quiet place of retreat in a medieval setting with a beautiful Quiet Garden. Please see our website for details of our termly programme. All are welcome to join our weekly and monthly meetings and prayer groups including Julian meetings, Centering Prayer, WCCM Christian meditation, Healing prayer from the Iona Community and Taize Prayer.
Please contact the Warden to book for guided retreats, quiet days and overnight stays. We also offer spiritual direction to those seeking someone to accompany them both in person and on line.
