Retreat Association Conference 2025

Bookings are secured by a non-refundable booking fee of £145 per person. The full amount is due by 3 March 2025. We will send a reminder of the outstanding balance before this date. Ticket prices are £585 for single occupancy and £425 for shared occupancy.

Day guests: If you would like to attend all or part of the conference as a day guest please contact us for more information at info@retreats.org.uk

Twin rooms If you are sharing a room and booking separately there will be an opportunity to add the name of the person with whom you wish to share on this booking form.

Bursaries are available on a first come, first served basis and are awarded at the discretion of the Retreat Association. Please indicate your interest in applying for a bursary on the form below or contact us at info@retreats.org.uk 

Cancellations after 1 April 2025 will be liable for full payment as cancelled bookings after that date cause a financial loss to the Retreat Association.

Non-attendees who have failed to pay in full will also be liable for costs.

Personal insurance We strongly advise you to take out your own insurance to protect you against unforeseen eventualities, both prior to your stay and during it.
